Schools Manage Policy.
Parents Manage Phones.
Everyone Moves Forward.
Zonifyr connects policy, parent choice, accountability, and positive incentives into one coherent system — without collapsing the boundaries between schools, families, and institutions.
The Zonifyr Architecture
Clear Boundaries. Connected System.
Zonifyr connects four distinct layers without collapsing them. Each layer respects the legitimate authority of the party responsible for it.
🏫Zonifyr Schools
Schools design and operate phone policies, enroll families, manage acknowledgements, record observations, and measure outcomes.
👨👩👧Zonifyr Family
Parents independently set schedules and restrictions on personally owned student devices using approved platform parental-control frameworks. Schools do not access this data.
📱Zonifyr Managed
For school-owned or legitimately institutionally managed devices only. Built within Apple's approved MDM framework. Android Enterprise support in development.
⭐SchoolSafeZone
Recognizes responsible choices with rewards and community partnerships. Encourages positive behavior without relying on punishment alone.
The Platform
Four Products. One Coherent System.
Each product has a distinct role, serves a distinct audience, and respects the authority boundaries that make the whole system trustworthy.
The Policy & Program Platform
Schools design phone-free programs, choose compliance methods, enroll families, collect signed acknowledgements, record school-observed incidents, and track outcomes — all in one place.
Parent-Controlled Digital Tools
Parents and guardians independently choose schedules, apps, categories, and restrictions on their child's personal device. Schools do not remotely activate controls, see app selections, or receive any device restriction data.
Institutional Device Management
For school-owned or legitimately institutionally managed devices. Built within Apple's approved MDM framework. Android Enterprise support in development. Applies only to devices schools are authorized to manage.
Community Recognition & Rewards
Rewards responsible choices and connects schools with local businesses for positive reinforcement. Encourages participation without punishment. Businesses never receive student discipline records or personal-device data.
How It Works
Trust-First Compliance
Schools judge success through normal school-observed behavior — not phone surveillance. Families are partners, not subjects.
School Defines the Program
The school sets its phone-free policy, chooses available compliance methods (physical pouch, parent-managed digital, or school-managed device), and opens enrollment to families.
Families Choose Their Path
Where allowed, parents choose a parent-managed digital option and independently configure controls on their child's personal device. Schools receive no app data.
School Observes & Responds
Compliance is judged through normal school-observed behavior. If a student repeatedly violates policy, the school may move them from a digital option to a physical method. Students can earn back eligibility.
Who It's For
Built for Every Stakeholder
For Schools
Run a Real Phone-Policy Program
Stop managing phones one device at a time and start running a coherent program. Design your policy, communicate it clearly, collect acknowledgements, record observations, and measure what's actually working.
For Parents
You Control Your Child's Device
Zonifyr Family puts you in charge. You choose the schedules, the apps, and the restrictions — on your own terms, using approved platform parental-control tools. The school sees nothing about your device settings.
For Districts
Policy at Scale. Boundaries Intact.
Roll out a consistent phone-policy program across every school in your district — with policy templates, bulk enrollment, centralized analytics, and planned enterprise device-management support for district-owned devices. Privacy boundaries are maintained at every level.
Privacy by Design
What Zonifyr Will Never Do
These are not aspirations. They are architectural facts — things the system is built to make impossible, not just prohibited by policy.
Monitor personally owned phones
Schools and Zonifyr Family never give schools visibility into whether a personal phone is currently restricted, which apps are installed, or how a device is being used.
Sell student data
No student data is sold, rented, or used for advertising — ever. Not by Zonifyr, and not by business partners in SchoolSafeZone.
Receive Family Controls data
Schools do not receive Screen Time, Family Sharing, app-usage telemetry, or any other parental-control data from personal devices.
Give businesses sensitive records
Local businesses in SchoolSafeZone may offer rewards, but they never receive student discipline records, personal-device data, or sensitive education information.
Track students outside school
Zonifyr Schools does not collect continuous location data from personally owned student devices, and Zonifyr Family does not provide personal-device location telemetry to schools.
Apply MDM to personal devices
Zonifyr Managed applies only to devices schools are authorized to manage — never to personally owned phones.
SchoolSafeZone
Encourage Responsible Choices. Don't Just Punish Violations.
SchoolSafeZone is the positive-recognition and community layer of the Zonifyr platform. Schools can recognize responsibility, leadership, improvement, participation, service, and other transparent school-defined milestones. Local businesses can support those achievements through privacy-preserving rewards and offers.
Businesses provide offers — not surveillance. Students are recognized — not tracked. Rewards are based on transparent school-defined milestones, and earned rewards are not confiscated as punishment.

Pilot Evidence
What We Plan to Measure
Public customer testimonials will be added only after real pilot participants provide permission to share them.
Family Adoption
Measure onboarding completion, setup time, parent satisfaction, and support burden. The pilot is designed to test whether families can participate successfully without schools receiving personal-device telemetry.
School Operations
Measure staff reporting burden, parent acknowledgement rates, policy-method participation, and escalation outcomes. We will use school-observed records — not phone surveillance — to evaluate whether the trust-first model works.
Program Outcomes
Measure incident trends, digital-to-physical transitions, restorations, and administrator usefulness. Findings will be shared transparently.
