1. Overview
Zonifyr provides a platform that enables schools to define and enforce device usage policies.
2. Role of Zonifyr
Zonifyr:
- Acts only under the direction of the school
- Does not independently control student behavior
- Provides enforcement tools based on school-defined rules
3. School Responsibilities
Schools are responsible for:
- Defining policies
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws
- Managing student and parent participation
4. Parent Role
Parents:
- May view student status and activity
- Provide consent where required
- May request access or deletion of data
5. Student Use
Students must:
- Follow school-defined policies
- Use the platform only as authorized
6. Data Ownership
All student data is owned by the school. Zonifyr acts solely as a processor of that data.
7. Acceptable Use
Users may not:
- Attempt to bypass restrictions
- Interfere with system operation
- Use the platform for unauthorized purposes
8. Service Availability
Zonifyr provides services on an "as-is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
9. Limitation of Liability
Zonifyr shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
10. Termination
- Schools may terminate use at any time
- Data will be deleted per the Privacy Policy
11. Modifications
Zonifyr may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
